Violent storms in western France

Violent storms in western France – Violent thunderstorms accompanied by hail and heavy rain have hit the west of France with 46 departments being placed on an orange weather warning.  The departments of the Vendée, the Loire-Atlantique and Mayenne are among the hardest hit.
