Organised by La Belle Classe Academy with support from Bluewater, the competition challenges chefs to create dishes under realistic onboard conditions, using mystery ingredients revealed just before cooking and avoiding food waste penalties.

Two-Michelin-starred chef Philippe Etchebest will lead an international judging panel, joined by Carlo Cracco, Marcel Ravin, Jenny Maltese, Duncan Biggs and last year’s winner Benjamin Ferrand.

Tim Mälzer is expected to participate, subject to confirmation.

The event also includes an educational component, with students from Monaco Hospitality School assisting behind the scenes.
