Yellow vests - The yellow vest movement is threatening further action this weekend marking “Act 23” of protests in the French capital. Calls have been posted on social media for demonstrators to gather on Saturday 20 April. French President Emmanuel Macron was expected to address the yellow vest movement on Monday evening at the end of the National debate which has been held across France as an answer to some of the movement’s grievances but the speech was cancelled at the last minute following news that a fire had broken out at Notre Dame Cathedral.
