Zendaya and Tom Holland reportedly married after private ceremony

Speaking on the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards on March 1, Roach told Access Hollywood: “The wedding has already happened. You missed it.” When asked if he was serious, he replied with a laugh, “It’s very true.”

Representatives for the couple have not officially confirmed the news, but the remark has sparked widespread speculation that the famously private pair may have married in secret.

From co-stars to newlyweds

Zendaya, 29, and Holland, also 29, first met in 2016 while filming Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Although they initially insisted they were just friends, romance rumours followed for years before their relationship was confirmed in 2021, when they were photographed kissing. Engagement speculation began in early 2025 when Zendaya was seen wearing a diamond ring on her left hand at the Golden Globe Awards.

Reports later suggested Holland had proposed during the holiday period at the end of 2024. He subtly confirmed their engagement months later when he corrected a reporter who referred to Zendaya as his “girlfriend,” replying with a smile: “Fiancée.”

A famously private couple

Despite their global fame, both stars have consistently spoken about protecting their relationship from public scrutiny.

“Our relationship is something that we are incredibly protective of,” Holland previously said, explaining that they prefer to keep certain moments just for themselves.

The couple have already starred together in three Spider-Man films and are set to reunite on screen in 2026 in Spider-Man: Brand New Day as well as Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film The Odyssey.
