Number of road deaths on the decline - The French government is expected to announce a decline in the number of road deaths in 2018. Prime Minister Edouard Philippe "personally" in favor of lowering the speed limit on certain national and departmental roads from 90 km / h to 80 km / h, is due to make the announcement this morning.
